The ball is held the evening before the early morning parade - both in Bogalusa. Milltown Classic 5K Walk/Run Run Hosted By Rotary Club of Bogalusa - race begins in Cassidy Park prior to date of "Festival in the Park." Bogalusa Bash Annual golf tournament for adults held at and sponsored by the Bogalusa Country Club the 2nd weekend in June. Jeans and Queens Dogwood Square and Round-Dance Festival Held at the ESM Methodist Church in Bogalusa, the first weekend in March WEDF Art Show & Sale Annual event to showcase Washington Parish's artists; third Sat. in April.
